Fan Tan, or fancan tan is an ancient game of gambling that was enjoyed for centuries in China. Like many card games it can also be played in the streets and at bazaars. If the player that has the most cards at final, the one with the second most cards will usually lose. This is because the final card played usually is the lowest ranking card that is left. In some cases, the winner may not always win.
